This policy applies to royalboxcricket.com and any direct booking channel we operate (phone, WhatsApp, in person).
02What we collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us:
When you book a slot
- Your name, phone number, and WhatsApp contact.
- Booking details — date, time, group size, slot preference.
- Payment information processed via UPI or cash. We do not store full card details on our systems.
When you visit our website
- Device, browser, and approximate location (city level).
- Pages viewed, time on site, and how you got to us — used in aggregate only via Google Analytics.
When you visit the arena
- CCTV footage from cameras in public areas of the premises.
- Photos and short video clips during gameplay, used as described in our Terms.
03How we use it
We use your information for clear, limited purposes:
- To confirm and manage your bookings via WhatsApp.
- To send booking reminders and essential service messages.
- To process payments and issue receipts.
- To answer questions you send us by phone or WhatsApp.
- To improve the arena, our website, and our services.
- To send occasional offers or event invites — only if you have opted in.
04Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
We share information only with parties that help us run the arena, and only to the extent required:
- Payment processors — to take payment securely.
- Government or law enforcement — only when required by valid legal process.

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

06CCTV & on-site footage
For safety and security, the arena and waiting areas are covered by CCTV. Cameras are not installed in changing rooms or restrooms. Footage is reviewed only when there is a safety, security, or dispute reason to do so, and is retained for up to 30 days before being overwritten.
Promotional photos and reels captured during gameplay are stored separately and used as outlined in our Terms. You can request removal at any time.
07Data retention
We hold your information only as long as we need it:
- Booking and contact details — up to 24 months from your last visit.
- Payment records — as required by applicable law.
- CCTV footage — up to 30 days.
- Marketing preferences — until you opt out.
08Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong or out of date.
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Stop sending you marketing messages.
- Remove specific photos or video clips featuring you.

09Security
